Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Sensory Den. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.


Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, including consumables, chewelry, and “make your own fidget” bags.


Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items : Items that show signs of usage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges - Items eligible for exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase and show no signs of usage. Exchanges can be processed in store or by contacting us via email.
