We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Under Ontario's CPA, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days unless otherwise agreed, and if delivery is not made within this period, you may request a refund.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that some items, including consumables, chewelry, and "make your own fidget" bags, are non-returnable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details, which complies with the CPA's provisions on returns.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of The Sensory Den or its licensors and is protected by Ontario's intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
